The hotel's cozy bar in the lobby was a delightful spot to relax in the evenings, and the central courtyard was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with comfortable lounge areas offering a full view of the street for people-watching and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, making it convenient for leisurely strolls.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children working there could be more attentive to noise levels, especially in areas like the hot tub, to ensure a peaceful and undisturbed stay.

The room at Catalonia Gran Via Madrid was so comfortable and modern. The free Wifi, A/C and heating, and Nespresso coffee machine made me feel right at home. The bathroom with complimentary amenities was a nice touch.

We were in the perfect location near all the city's attractions. It was easy to find a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant or hop on the metro from the airport. The rooms were tidy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The commercial area includes a Mexican and international gastronomic offering, boutiques, and all-inclusive services. Families can enjoy the two large pools - one for relaxation and the other for a wide variety of activities and fun for everyone.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from more children's activities.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated co-working space with private meeting rooms for remote work and business meetings.

This place has the best location! It's in the heart of the city and I was able to walk to all the major attraction places. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I loved the room amenities including the mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities, and the terrace had stunning views. Also, the buffet breakfast was delicious and had an extensive range of choices.
